Annual Affiliate Renewal Begins January 1st of Each Year
Applications for new Affiliates may be submitted at any time of the year (no fee during the year submitted).
STEPS FOR APPROVAL
- Submit Application Form – Will have been mailed to you by Jody Nolin, AIS Affiliate Chair, or your Region Vice-President (RVP). A PDF copy of the form is available here.
Complete form with the names of club officers and their AIS membership expiration dates. Note: To find expiration dates go to new web-based search lookup and enter the names in the box in the upper right-hand corner.Submit to RVP for review and approval. RVP information can be found here.
- RVP Approval – Once reviewed and approved, application will be forwarded to AIS Affiliate Chair.
- AIS Affiliate Chair Approval – Approved applications will be presented to the Board of Directors.
