Affiliate Renewal and New Affiliate Application

Annual Affiliate Renewal Begins January 1st of Each Year

Applications for new Affiliates may be submitted at any time of the year (no fee during the year submitted).

STEPS FOR AFFILIATION RENEWAL

  1. Login to the eMember portal to access the affiliation renewal and membership lookup applications. [NOTE: You do not need to have eMember access but you do need to have an email address linked to your membership account. Please contact the AIS membership secretary if you need to add an email to your account.]
  2. Select your affiliate from the affiliates list. If you are already a named officer in the AIS system you will see an edit affiliate button. If you don’t see the edit button contact the affiliate liaison or the system administrator for assistance.
  3. Edit your officers and submit for approval.
  4. Use the payment icon to complete your affiliation and pay the annual fee either electronically or by check.

If you wish to submit manually download the 2026 form (or fillable pdf) and follow the instructions. Please note that electronic payment cannot be accepted when submitting manually. Mail your completed form and payment to the AIS Affiliate Liaison, Jody Nolin.
