much more interesting. Names are important, and
I have bought or not bought iris plants because of
their names. Going out into the garden, I want to be
able to admire not only the flower but also remember
its name. After some years we remember our favorites
and know where they are located, but some
irises sprawl out and migrate from their original row
to several rows over. Having a picture map of your
irises will add another dimension to your gardening
pleasure as well as enable you to correctly identify
 them from year to year.
