Wednesday, April 11, 2018, 4:00pm–6:00pm
Thursday, April 12, 2018, 4:00pm–6:00pm

Take Down Time:
Saturday, April 14, 2018: 9:00am–2:00pm
Once your table is set up, you need not be present during the
convention. We will handle the sales. There will be limited access to
the room when not open for everyone. Not only will this be available
to members of the American Iris Society at the Convention, but for
anyone staying there during this time.
Tables will be maintained by the AIS members at all times. All
precautions will be taken to ensure safety of all items, but “the
organizers of this convention, The American Iris Society, the Greater
New Orleans Iris Society and Society For Louisiana Irises,” will not
be held liable for any damage or loss. Doors will be locked and
secured when not maintained by authorized AIS members.
If you can’t be there during the convention, arrangements can be
made to set up and tear down your table.
